The Grand and The Loft are the only two homes on their stair at 35 Quality Street, so when you book both, the stair is yours. Between them they sleep nine across five bedrooms, with a kitchen and bathroom on each floor, so there's room to spread out and still be together for dinner.

Really beautifully presented and comfortable apartment, even more spacious than the photos suggest. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the waterfront and the shops and restaurants. Ask for a parking permit, and don't expect a space right outside. North Berwick and the nearby coast were lovely and an easy train to get into Edinburgh.
Amazing place right in town! Yet super spacious , great decor and peaceful ! So grateful we found this hidden gem!
What a great stay we had in North Berwick. The house was in the perfect location and Beth was great in organising our permit parking for the week. A great stay we will be back. Cheers McKnight family
